BEFORE THE SHOW
On arrival please check-in at the Box Office, located on the ground floor at the end of the main foyer nearest the Westfield. They’ll let our Front Of House staff know that you’re here and they can look out for you when the theatre doors open.
There are male and female bathrooms as well as a dedicated accessible bathroom located on the ground floor near the Box Office.
Please be aware that we are unable to watch over any school bags or student lunches left in our foyer.
DURING THE SHOW
When the theatre doors open our Front Of House staff will collect your group from the foyer and lead you to your seats. Most of our schools performances are General Admission so seats are not allocated. School groups are seated on a first-in basis so be sure to arrive early and announce yourself at the Box Office.
Some performance companies will insist on a brief lock-out at the start of a performance. Please be aware that if you arrive late or leave the theatre before the show commences you may not be allowed back in immediately. Any lock-outs will be announced before the theatre doors open.
Please be aware that food and drinks are not permitted inside our performance spaces.
AFTER THE SHOW
If you want to learn more about the world of the theatre or the workings of a professional venue you can book your very own personal backstage tour! Simply tick the box on the booking form or contact Jason to arrange your personalised tour. Additional costs apply.
Sometimes a performance company will arrange a short question and answer session after a performance. These will be announced in advance and will commence immediately after a show. Doors will remain open throughout the Q&A.
Some performance companies can provide learning and resource packages related to their show for you to use in your classroom. Check the event pages or contact Jason to find out more.
